People are always asking me what foods they should eat for their memory and brain. I must confess that diet and nutrition is something I am always conscious of but also something I do not always make the most time for that I should. (Like most people I am sure)

Some brain foods I try to focus on are:

  • Water
  • Omega-3
  • Apples
  • Blueberries
  • Pumpkin seed
  • Walnuts
  • Fish
  • Broccoli
