A common objection to memory training is that it is too much work. That it is actually more information to remember than just remembering the info.

Really?

So was it too much work to learn the English language? I mean you had to learn the alphabet, sound out words and all that. How EXHAUSTING!

Was it too much work to learn how to drive? You had to spend a month in driver’s education and even now you have to make a car payment, insurance payment, change the oil, check air pressure, get it registered once a year! Ughhhh…so much work! Why not just ride your bicycle?

Is it work?

Sure!

Is it worth it?! YES!

All the work is front loaded. If you are willing to invest 2 weeks you can really master the system and then you can use it for the rest of your life to remember names, chapters of books, give speeches without note, memorize chapters of books or whatever.

TWO WEEKS and you can master your memory.

And it is EASY to do that is the good news….the bad news? It is easier NOT to do and that is why most people don’t do it.

The statement that it is more work than just memorizing the data is a statement that isn’t thought out. It is a lot less work to just ride a bicycle over a car but the work is worth it. You can go 20 miles on a bike and 500 miles in a day in a car. Don’t use lazy thinking and say, ‘Memory training is more work than just memorizing the data.’

Here is a quote, ‘A year from now you will wish that you had started today.’
