I have back dated this post to 2017 so it is not found easily on my site. But I am posting it today November 28, 2020.
It really only took a few days to memorize the key points from each book. I have been teaching memory training for 30 years (since age 18).
Doing this video my parrot started talking and I skipped pages 244-245 but other than those 2 it should be pretty close!
When say the page I verbalized:
- what was in bold letters
- what the image was on the page
- If no bold words or no image I verbalized the first sentence or main idea of first sentence
