Audiences have long enjoyed me demonstrating the power of a trained memory in my memory improvement workshops by repeating everyone’s name after just meeting them. However, if only I can do it, then what is the big deal? It’s a circus act or a party trick by someone with a gift of memory.

However, if anyone could meet 30 people in 10 minutes and recall all their names after just a little bit of training then we are on to something.

Because remembering names is a leadership skill.

Remembering names is a sales skill.

Remembering names is a customer service skill.

Memory = relationships and relationships, business.
