I will confess, sometimes I get numb to the travel and even the incredibly beautiful locations. Two years ago I was going through customs in Australia and they declined to let me in the country because there was no space to stamp my passport. It was completely full! I explained I had a seminar the next day and begged them to let me in. They did, but made a note in the computer if I did not have a new passport I would not be allowed to enter Australia the next time. That was 2 years ago and this new passport is nearly 60% full.
On the one hand, I am extremely grateful that people all over the world want to hear my memory improvement talk. Sometimes, just sometimes I can get cynical about the non stop travel and wonder if it is really worth it. Today as I sat on my hotel balcony and looked out over the Indian Ocean I reminded myself how fortunate I am to see so much of the world and said a silent prayer of gratitude.
So while I am structuring my business to stay in Fort Worth more and travel less, I am oh so grateful to see some of the most beautiful spots in the world. This is my hotel in Mauritius. Mauritius is an island country in the Indian Ocean east of Africa and just east of Madagascar. It is my 2nd trip here in 12 months and my 2nd memory improvement seminar here in 12 months. I got to be honest. I hope there is someone in the audience of this seminar that wants to bring me back again. What a BEAUTIFUL spot to teach a memory improvement seminar
